I've let myself down too many times to give up this time. I love food, but not as much as I would love to actually feel confident and happy in my own skin. I've decided this time that I will reward myself if I can actually get down to my goal weight, which is somewhere between 110 and 120. I want to feel confident in a bikini, and I'm at an age where its important that I get my shit together, unless i want to have ugly saggy skin. So here goes nothin...
